Les Maggs and Staff of the White Horse behind the bar recieving their certificate

Saturday 23rd June saw a good turnout by branch members at two famous pubs, for the branch Pub of the Year third-place awards. This year two pubs tied for third place, the White Horse at Parson's Green, and the Uxbridge Arms near Notting Hill Gate. Roll-zx-011The branch reckons it has over 800 pubs in its patch so getting into the top 3 is a major achievement for any pub and a credit to its staff - and its beer!
