  • SW6, FULHAM FOOTBALL CLUB, Stevenage Road, SW6 6HH. Multiple alcohol licences were granted to Fulham Football Club in May 2024 as part of a £100 million development scheme. At ground-floor level there is an impressive curved foyer named Riverside Market containing various street-food outlets and two bars. The development is being marketed under the overall name Fulham Pier and the website given is their website not the football club's. Inside the foyer the London Essence Cocktail Bar sells a range of drinks including various keg beers and outside the Enemigo Riverside Bar caters for those who do not want to come inside! Note that on match days the area will be closed to the public and the Thames Path will divert again. Further alcohol venues will open in due course.

  • SW6, MARKET HALL (London Underground), 472 Fulham Road, SW6 1BY. Reopened as WALHAM GREEN . Closed for over three years this Grade II listed building has now become a JDW venue named Walham Green, which was the name for Fulham Broadway underground station until 1952. The building was the former entrance and ticket hall of the underground station. The pub redevelopment reportedly cost almost £3 million; it has over 4,700 square feet of customer area, set over its ground and first floors plus a first-floor roof terrace (600 square feet). There is an open kitchen and natural daylight from the rather magnificent glazed roof above; the upstairs seating area has windows looking down on the bar and for the less agile, there is a lift to the upstairs. JDW has also retained certain of the old-style shop fronts. On the opening date three regular cask ales (Abbot, Ruddles, Doom Bar) plus six guest ales were reported. And if you do not want to queue at the bar and are tech-savvy, there is an 'app station' with beer wall allowing pours of popular drinks.

  • W1, MEWS OF MAYFAIR, 10 Lancashire Court, W1S 1EY. Closed and the various premises seem to have merged back into the buildings fronting onto other streets. As at mid-2025 many of these back doors had Landlord Repossession Notices on them.

  • W1, DUKE OF YORK (McMullen), 47 Rathbone Street, W1T 1NW. Reopened as a McMullen managed pub with their three regular cask beers available.

  • W1, NEWMAN ARMS (Shaftesbury), 23 Rathbone Street, W1T 1NG. Now owned and operated by Aldrich Inns.

  • W11, COCK & BOTTLE (Young's (ex City Pub Company)), 17 Needham Road, W11 2RP. No longer Cask Marque accredited due to Young’s policy.

  • W11, DISTILLERY, 186 Portobello Road, W11 1LA. After various incarnations and periods of closure this site is now PERMIT ROOM, an all-day bar-cafe styled on Bombay pubs and operated by Dishoom. The name is inspired by the illegal drinking culture in many states after India's independence in 1947; by 1973 the law was relaxed and it became possible to apply for a permit to say you could drink alcohol. The food is Indian-style apart from the breakfast menu which is Anglo-Indian! Options include kids' portions and local home-delivery. The bar walls feature art from both local and South Asian artists. Note that whilst the licence permits sale of alcohol from 8am, up to 10am sale of alcohol must be ancillary to meal consumption.

  • W12, POCKET WATCH (Brakspear Pub Co), 434 Uxbridge Road, W12 0NS. Now the HAWTHORN. After a period of closure, this site reopened with a new name and under new management. The Hawthorn is managed by Publican Pubs run by Peter Creed & Tom Noest, who operate five upmarket gastropubs in the Cotswolds. The focus in the Hawthorn is on simple pub food, with a straightforward drinks menu and beer selection; beer remains tied to Brakspear who own the pub. Food is sourced as much as possible from existing Cotswold suppliers and includes bar snacks, steak nights, chicken nights, and Sunday roasts. The food has been described in reviews as "great value". Two handpumps for cask ale. Toilets are upstairs.

The food offering is sharing cheese and charcuterie platters, plus salads, small dishes, and pizza. The site is operated by the growing London wine bar chain Mayfair House Group. There is an entrance on the Strand and another one round the corner on William IV Street. There is a 13-metre Czech-built bar with four cask ale handpumps at the right hand end of the bar as you look at it, and against the rear wall, not on the bar. The T-bar of five rotating keg beers is adjacent, mostly from smaller brewers. The main feature of the bar - at left hand side- are the Budvar dispenses with Original, Nefiltr (unfiltered), Dark and 0.0% and more. There is a noodle bar on site for eats and the coffee bar is open from 8am.
